Cool Cat Corner loves you.

That's why our two primary venues are less than 1/3 of a mile from each other and just a few blocks from a free trolley that will take you to and from Uptown Charlotte.  Our main venue is literally across the street from a beautiful park and 2 blocks from several restaurants and a local, family-owned ice cream shop.  All floors are hardwood full-time dance floors. All recommended parking is free and right next to the venues.

Belk Hall

Google lists the street address as 1609 E. 5th Street Charlotte NC 28204, but that's only because Belk Hall is attached to Caldwell Presbyterian Church, and that is the street address for the church. Belk Hall is actually on Park Drive. Both evening dances and the Panthers track of classes will be held at Belk Hall.

Belk Hall Parking

There are a total of 4 areas (all surface lots) immediately around Belk Hall that you can park in. Saturday morning there is a charity race in Independence Park, so areas 1 and 2 are probably going to be full. We suggest parking in areas 3 and 4 on Saturday morning (the race traffic should be gone by Saturday late afternoon / evening). Sunday morning we suggest parking in areas 1 and 2 because the church's congregants will be parking in areas 3 and 4.  Clear as mud?

Worrell Building, CPCC

1228 Elizabeth Ave, Charlotte, NC 28204. The Bobcats track of classes will be held in a dance studio on the campus of Central Piedmont Community College.

Cool Cat Corner participants may park in Student Parking Decks #1 and #2 for free during the weekend.

MoveStudio

Home to our late night dances, MoveStudio's address is 1111 Hawthorne Lane Charlotte NC 28205. We will have separate rooms for Lindy and Blues dancing, and there is a small seating area in between the two rooms with couches and chairs. Light refreshments will be provided.
